Supporting the Growth team leads in the strategic development and tactical execution of marketing plans to drive audiences to our podcast. Overseeing trending promotion with other podcast networks, managing our owned and operated inventory for promotion and other marketing responsibilities to grow our podcast listening audience. Create strategic marketing plans that drive business results, support key marketing initiatives and inspire listening.
Key Tasks:
• Work closely with the marketing leads to establish processes, generate plans and ensure plans are set up, tracked and correctly executed.
• Track podcast ad inventory and identify opportunities to better utilize owned and operated ad space.
• Create and gather assets for marketing campaigns, including audio ads, audio copy and associated imagery.
• Assist in creating audience profiles to help scale marketing efforts across all shows, including identifying unexpected audience crossovers or buys that over index for current and/or new podcast listeners.
• Provide and present media recaps to stakeholders upon conclusion of each campaign
