Worked on the CX Tools pod and built internal tools for our 1000+ customer support agents. Assisted in the migration of a legacy support application into an updated version that increases usability, lessens cognitive load, and implements heightened security permissions for users. Supported new product releases like "Tip Yourself" and built user interfaces often handling sensitive PII and worked with stakeholders to ensure security/compliance. Took extra design work and gladly volunteered to design UI mockups in Figma when resources were short.
