At Patreon, I’ve grown through three core design roles — starting in visual design, then joining the design systems team, and leading UX initiatives on high-impact features.
Visual Language Modernization:
I joined the team focused on reimagining Patreon’s product visual identity. Collaborating with brand and product partners, I helped evolve the platform’s visual language into a more expressive, accessible, and emotionally resonant system that better reflects our creator community.
Design Systems:
As our visual direction solidified, I moved into the design systems team to translate it into scalable, tokenized components. I worked closely with engineers to implement accessible, cross-platform UI patterns and elevate design quality across teams.
Live Video Streaming (UX & Product Design):
I contributed to the launch of Patreon’s built-in livestreaming feature — allowing creators to go live directly on-platform. My focus was on UX strategy and UI design for the mobile experience, integrating live video, chat moderation tools, and seamless transitions between community and content.
