Design direction and leadership in creating best-in-class end-to-end brand experiences and strategy at retail. Guided and mentored designers on projects, leading the creative process while building design intelligence and a collaborative environment.
Conceptualized and designed in-store experiences and customer journeys for clients including McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Miller/Coors, Comcast, Symantec, DeVry and Kellogg's.
** Redesigned McDonald’s front counter experience including architectural design of counter area, menu board and messaging throughout path to purchase (winner of Gold ADDY Award).
** Designed and established the Comcast/Xfinity in-store experience (winner of First Place Mobius Award).
