Designed advanced monitoring and evaluation workflows for developers building LLM-based applications.

Led product design for zero to one products and end-to-end workflows to solve customer challenges. Notable projects:

• Voice of the customer: purpose built gen-AI tool to discover trends, sentiment, and themes across multiple customer feedback channels.

• Agent assist: RAG based app providing scenario based information and answers to agents in real time.

• New branding and product design system.

User researcher for Figma editing, prototyping, and design systems. Supported a range of features including auto layout, design system libraries, prototyping, and developer tools. Mixed method approach (interviews, surveys, data science)

Conducted user interviews and design workshops to improve and enhance application performance monitoring capabilities.

Research focus: alerting and actions, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, cloud and microservices monitoring, and the mobile app troubleshooting experience.

Closely partnered with product management, UX / Design, engineering, sales engineering and customer support teams to uncover user pain points, synthesize findings into common themes, and broadly communicate insights and findings.
