Optimized experiment parameters for CRISPR gene-editing of human transformed cells. Developed experimental protocols involving automation robotics to perform cell sorting and DNA sequencing experiments at scale. Performed and optimized high-throughput co-immunoprecipitation assays for protein detection with mass spectrometry. Wrote custom Python scripts to automate high-throughput sequencing experiment design. Implemented sequencing data analysis pipeline using Python and AWS to verify gene editing outcomes from NGS data. Drove collaborations with Stanford machine learning group and USCF novel translation discovery group to maximize impact. Presented research both internally and at ASCB Conference 2018.
