Kaiser Permanente // In collaboration with a clinical team, product strategy, and engineering, I led the design team to revamp Kaiser Permanente’s digital ecosystem. This would encompass a full redesign of its website, member app, and introduce new innovations such as an on-demand video, phone, and chat support. Ultimately winning a 🏅 Webby Award 🏅 for best health app and recognized by Fast Company as the 🏅 2022 Design Company of the Year 🏅.

YETI // YETI realized an untapped product opportunity that served their audiences’ adventurous ambitions—Bags. They set out to launch an entire collection, the first that YETI would release exclusively on their website and not with other vendor partners. I led the design of new product detail experiences to support the Bags collection that won 🏅 W3 Awards Gold 🏅 for best consumer goods website!

First Republic Bank // Led a major redesign of FRB’s native mobile app, including an

updated information architecture, new design system and introduction of significant features, such as Zelle integration, Private Wealth Management integration and introduced ‘My Team’, a direct way to access and schedule virtual chats with one’s personal bankers.

Zelle® Integration: Catalyzed a remarkable 90% surge in client transfers, hitting $185M within the inaugural 30 days.

Private Wealth Management: Boosted app engagement, capturing 30+% of usage, and enhanced cross-service exposure.

‘My Team’ Innovation: Revolutionized client-banker interaction, simplifying direct access and chat scheduling.

Clover // Led the redesign of Clover’s web-based ‘Help Center’—a massive exercise in optimizing Information Architecture, Content Strategy and UX-writing. Additionally, I led the redesign of the onboarding experience for new merchants.

Dolby Cinema // Facilitated movie-goers awareness and anticipation along with post-show reaction and continued engagement. Features included, but were not limited to, group-ticketing, access to exclusive content, ride integrations with Über and Lyft, recommendations on local restaurants, etc..
