• Founding designer responsible for 0→1 product strategy and execution, partnering closely with founders to translate long-term vision into a shippable, scalable platform.
• Led end-to-end design of GreenLite’s core products, building tools that connect construction builders, city reviewers, and internal operators through a streamlined permitting workflow.
• Owned the full design lifecycle — problem definition, user research, flows, high-fidelity UI, and prototyping — across web experiences for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Established GreenLite’s design foundation and operating model, aligning design reviews, handoff, and iteration tightly with engineering and product development.
• Shaped early product direction by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities, enabling faster decision-making in an early-stage environment.

Dashboard experience
• Led the New User Experience (NUX) design delivering a brand-new registration and onboarding experience aligned with [stripe.com](http://stripe.com/) 2020 major refresh.
• Collaborated with designers across Merchant Core Experience (MCE) org to co-create a strategic vision enabling a scalable dashboard design with new navigation and foundational page structure.
Design systems
• Established a new icon system to harmonize the diverging evolution of Stripe’s brand and product design, along with contribution guidelines enabling designers to easily create new icons and quickly expand the system to support emerging products.
• Led the Design Systems advocacy program to conduct internal user research uncovering the unmet needs of designers and developers, which further informed the Design Systems roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Collaborated with the Docs team to establish a new diagram system to empower all product teams effortlessly generate consistent diagrams to illustrate technical concepts for merchants and developers.
Stripe Apps
• Created the Apps UI toolkit as a building block for external designers and developers to plan and build apps.
• Provided app examples, recommended patterns, and design guidelines to ensure all the apps meet Stripe Apps’ review requirements and are consistent with the look and feel of Stripe’s Dashboard.
• Partnered with PM and EM to create the regular team/project process to facilitate the growth of the new UI extensions team. Designed the agendas for various team meetings and offsites to form a pleasant, collaborative, trusting team dynamic.

• Lead the A/B test tool design, enabling Leanplum’s global customers including Grab, Tinder and NBC to conduct complex A/B tests with their millions of test users.
• Key contributor of Leanplum's campaign composer, a visual solution for building highly contextual messaging campaigns across mobile and web channels.
• Evaluate design solutions based on the implementation effort and value generated for customers. Prioritize the design tasks to align with team/company strategy.
