Led the design of AI Companion from concept to launch, as well as Meeting Summary, Custom AI Companion, and the upcoming AI notetaking experience. Currently focused on projects to drive growth and increase adoption of AI features at Zoom.

As the design lead for the Verticals team, I worked across Zoom’s product suite to solve problems driven by industry-specific needs in Education, Privacy & Security, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

Launched the GS mobile app for wealth management clients, designing key features such as financial portfolio and advanced charting. Designed internal tools for advisors to support client transactions and other business activities.

I led a team of 4 designers to enhance and redesign the GGLeagues website. My key responsibilities included design strategy, UI design (mockups, style guide), and project management.

I led the design process of a complex player portal, with the goal of increasing user retention. Key tasks included research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. After the project concluded, we won a contract to continue work with this client.

Constellation Brands | Fortune 500 beverage corporation

I designed and provided recommendations for an internal mobile app to help build employee engagement at Constellation Brands. My responsibilities included user research and testing, competitive analysis, ideation, and creating mid-fidelity prototypes.

My key achievements included designing and managing the development of a web application to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities for internal users, and creating automated workflows that reduced time to completion of planning activities.

Day-to-day, I led planning and forecasting activities at regional and global levels, and presented annual forecasts and reports to senior leadership. I also consolidated and analyzed monthly pricing data, which helped provide strategic insights for the GMS business.

I served in client-facing roles focused on digital transformation and strategy in the financial services sector. My responsibilities included project management, business development, and conducting and synthesizing research.

• Assisted a major bank in meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

• Performed a cybersecurity maturity level assessment of a bank across geographies, conducting interviews of key stakeholders and synthesizing findings

I advised the Small Business team on strategies to increase traffic to the MasterCard Biz website through the analysis of article view counts and other metrics. I also created financial models to forecast virtual credit card spend for the Commercial Products department, and later implemented these models for internal use in Q3 and Q4 2014.

I analyzed royalties reports for WMG artists and producers using an SAP-based system. I consolidated payment data between physical and virtual systems by detecting and revising data inaccuracies in reports.

I created weekly advertising reports to analyze company rankings on Google search, and assisted certified appraisers in determining the fair market values of antiques and luxury items through extensive research.
