Created animation proposals in Figma to enhance the visual design interaction of specific customer personas. Helped author a new design system from the ground up using Figma components. By working closely with engineers, I helped deliver a vision that combined several Oracle products into a single fluid experience. Worked closely with Oracle’s lead element designers and constructed innovative UI elements which not only implemented a responsive strategy for the tool but also incorporated Oracle's new Redwood design system. Responsible for performing detailed design content compatibility checks on mobile app prototypes and then creating high-fidelity screens based on the findings. The direction improved information absorption and paved the way for a new mobile AR feature and tool library which I also assisted in creating. ### Digital Product Designer @ Kymeta Corporation Jan 2016 – Jan 2019 | Greater Seattle Area Lead the UI/UX design efforts on Kymeta’s essential onboarding software that allowed users to manage fleets of antennas, organize their devices and clearly maintain complex account services. The tool was hailed by the executive team as a quintessential bridge for customers to integrate Kymeta’s new antenna technology. Successfully gathered and maintained an essential user data base by conducting interviews, administering surveys and engaging in pair-programming sessions. These overall findings were developed into clear user-driven strategies that influenced many Cloud Service’s projects. Based on user feedback, I developed several prominent informational dashboards which not only gave users vast insight into their antenna fleet at a glance but also served as a keen navigation shortcut to needed information. Became the definitive UX champion of the Network Operations Center for feature development. I hosted group and individual touchpoint sessions to ensure the software experience remained influential and successful. Created a compelling visual design language for all Cloud Services products that promoted consistency and mitigated confusion with third party software. The results was several industry-first app ideas with the potential to create new forms of revenue streams for the company. ### Sr. UI Designer - Special Projects Team @ Nuance Communications Jan 2011 – Jan 2016 | Greater Seattle Area Lead all UI/UX design efforts for the development of a next-gen automotive voice platform. This involved working closely with engineers and voice designers to deliver a fully functioning prototype. Created a strong information architecture for a cloud-based customer relationship management tool. The project involved developing archetypes, conducting user interviews, feature focused wireframes and eventual collaboration with Development to build prototypes. ### Sr. UI Designer @ The Tweddle Group Jan 2010 – Jan 2013 | Bellevue, WA Design the visuals for Toyota Entune’s entire automotive, mobile and Web components, while art directing its evolution into Lexus Enform and Chrysler Uconnect systems. This involved strategically managing deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and championing usability from the personas and extensive user research I created. ### UX/UI Product Designer 3 @ Microsoft Jan 2009 – Jan 2010 Completed an extensive research and design initiative to completely reshape Microsoft’s flagship networking operations software.
