I have a great interest in Design Systems, not only because they allow us to ship great products fast, but also because of how improves teams' collaboration. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Getro Jan 2020 – Present I work closely with product management and engineering, from discovery to delivery. My responsibilities include: - Discovery: ideating, prototyping, and validating new features. - Optimization: analyzing metrics and feedback from different sources. - Design strategy: overall UX/UI direction and Getro’s design system. During these years the company has kept scaling, now having a team of 25 full-time members and more than 600 customers. ### Product Designer & Frontend Developer @ Getro Jan 2016 – Jan 2020 | Remote During the early days of Getro I worked both on design and frontend development. My responsibilities included ideating new features, creating prototypes, building the frontend, and measuring impact. I started and owned Getro’s design system, which really helped with the company's growth. In these years I helped the company scale from a team of 5 part-time to 15 full-time members, and from 0 to 300 customers. ### Frontend Developer @ Wave Application Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Madrid Area, Spain Wave permite compartir la ubicación en tiempo real con familia y amigos.
