- Integrated Sameplan’s architecture, systems, and services with Outreach after the acquisition to allow for future scalability and extensibility of Sameplan as a part of the Outreach platform
- Designed and executed data partitioning migration, ensuring a seamless transition to allow for scalable architecture and more secure organizational data management
- Implemented key authentication and authorization features to increase security, enhance customer experience, and land a multi-million dollar pilot with a key enterprise client
- Spearheaded multiple cross-stack, cross-service efforts to fulfill highly prioritized and requested customer features, resulting in the acquisition of new multi-million dollar contracts
