Stripe - GoPay (Local Payment Method Integration)
	•	Led an independent end-to-end project to design and build Scribd’s new local payment method (GoPay), including data models, APIs, redirect/mandate flows, and UX edge-case handling.

FX Optimization & Stripe Local Entity Migration
	•	Owned global FX optimization across US ↔ EU Stripe entities to improve FX fees and authorization success rates.
	•	Designed A/B experiments, analyzed results, implemented routing changes, and coordinated rollbacks directly with Stripe.

Fraud, Risk & Chargeback Improvements
	•		Identified missing processor notifications, improved reconciliation logic, and strengthened dispute monitoring and fraud-signal accuracy.

### Senior Software Engineer @ Hexaware Technologies
Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | Mumbai Area, India
•	Worked as a backend engineer in banking application to build/manage repository system to maintain balances, trades, and transaction details of customers in database. All upstream and downstream applications access banking data for processing at their end.
•	Treasury Cash View (TCV) – Designed and implemented an application to capture transaction events from Global Funds Transfer System which were processed and stored in database.
•	Migrated balance, transaction and account summary data from file system to database system. Tested and validated results by performing all reconciliations of results. Thereby, reducing data redundancy, increasing performance, managing the data effectively, cost savings. Increased application performance by 40% percent.
•	Automated file comparison system which saved effort of comparing files and analyzing differences. Reduced time required and incresed efficiency.

Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Airoli, Navi Mumbai
•	Worked as a backend engineer for Investment banking client to build centralized repository system to maintain metadata for Asset Servicing Bank customers which helped different applications for further processing like statement generation, report generation, calculations, or data retrieval. 
•	Rating Engine Calculation - Developed and implemented application to determine credit risk ratings of financial institutional investors. These calculated ratings were dynamic in nature, if any of factor involved in risk calculation changes, rating gets re-calculated and updated in system.

### Software Engineer @ Capgemini
Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
•	Developed modules to manage and calculate commission and incentives for agents, brokers and producers bringing retail or group business for an Insurance company. Calculated commissions were stored in database. 
•	Developed email notification service which will send agent info & commission reporting to designated teams.
•	Persisted the metadata of compensation calculation and agent information which was accessed by multiple teams.
