I am a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I build and operate scalable backend systems and cloud-native infrastructure used by both external customers and internal platforms. My work focuses on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and secure service design.

At AWS, I’ve developed and maintained backend microservices for AWS Telco Network Builder, contributing to core infrastructure features that enable telecom customers to deploy and manage 5G networks on AWS. My work includes implementing IPv6 support, secure EBS root volume encryption, customer-provided node startup workflows, and upgrade mechanisms for managed and self-managed EKS node groups. I’ve also contributed to network configuration updates, implementing multiple components and participating in design decisions for specific modules to support safe, controlled infrastructure changes.

I place a strong emphasis on service reliability and operational excellence. I’ve improved deployment safety by adding unit and integration tests and contributing to the design and implementation of key components of a canary testing framework. I regularly participate in on-call rotations, resolving customer-impacting issues through deep debugging, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective fixes.

More recently, I’ve worked on backend services for AWS Skill Builder, supporting internal curriculum authors and administrators. I designed and implemented enhancements to the learning objective search system, significantly improving content discovery speed and streamlining internal content workflows.

Across teams, I’ve delivered features end-to-end—from implementation and security reviews to deployments and production support—while collaborating closely with senior engineers, product managers, and partner teams.
