With around ten years of combined experience in API, web, and mobile development, alongside proven team leadership, I'm passionate about building impactful technology that affect the lives of people around the world. Currently, as a Staff Software Engineer at Google, I lead the API and Infrastructure team for the Routes API, Route Optimization API and Location Selection API within Google Maps Platform, solving the needs for businesses in the transportation and logistics space.

Prior to this, I've had the opportunity to lead the development and launch of SmartLook for TurboTax iOS, that revolutionized mobile tax preparation and work full-stack on YouTube Director ad creation products that helped small business reach a wider audience.

I hold a Master's in Computer Science, specializing in Distributed Data Management and Data Analytics, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering.

Lead API and Infrastructure for Routes API, Route Optimization API and Location Selection API in Google Maps Platform.

Routes API:
* Routes API is the next generation, performance optimized version of the existing Directions API and Distance Matrix API. It helps you find the ideal route from A to Z, calculates ETAs and distances for matrices of origin and destination locations, and also offers new features

Route Optimization API:
* Assigns tasks and routes to a vehicle fleet, optimizing against the objectives and constraints that you supply for your transportation goals

Location Selection API:
* Fetch a ranked list of nearby places and their associated pickup points specific to ridesharing and deliveries
* Designed novel search and ranking algorithms to provide vertical specific results suitable for ridesharing and delivery use without the need for an address, reducing the last mile friction
