Designed and delivered the game changing product features and operational capabilities. Major development areas:

• Architect and coordinator of Oracle PaaS based deployment of FA.

• Architect and coordinator of prototype Docker & Kubernetes based deployment of FA.

• Architect of Super Mass Consolidation (SMC) -- reduced FA SaaS runtime memory footprint by 90%.

• Architect of Zero Downtime/Hot Patching of FA -- reduced FA SaaS scheduled downtime by 90%.

• Architect of an upgrade & patching orchestration framework rolled out to all the FA SaaS pods in the production fleet -- Improved the scale of FA SaaS cloud upgrades and patching by almost 50X through multiple performance, resiliency and scalability improvements.

• Architect of Incremental Provisioning -- dynamic configuration of customer POD to add new offerings.

• Reviewer & approver of configuration & topology changes.

Member of the platform team for Siebel’s next generation CRM product line, Nexus Data, providing a collection of metadata driven services that facilitate flexible access of data from heterogeneous data sources, and a framework for the definition and enforcement of business logic.

Responsible for the design and development of various components inside Object Manager, the object oriented data abstraction layer on top of relational databases that serves as the C++ foundation classes for all of Siebel applications’ data management needs including Siebel Query Engine, Database Connection Management, Object Manager Caching, Data-change Auditing capabilities, Siebel Java Data Beans (JDB), Siebel Java Connector Architecture (JCA) Adapter, Siebel Java Message Service (JMS) Transport Adapter, and Siebel OnDemand framework for Web Services Integration.
