•Enterprise technical account management and solutions engineering services:
•- Generated and lead/assisted in the closing of 400k ARR during 22' Q2 + Q3
•- Manage over 50% of the companies ARR
•- Played a critical role in several 600%+ NRR enterprise expansion deals
•Customer facing engineering contributions as the voice of the customer:
•- Built and shipped a computer vision UDP docker container that enables customers to perform object detection at 30+ FPS
•- Provide weekly contributions to the Roboflow pip package for active learning, CLIP encoding, n-stage object detection, etc.
•- Regularly spin up remote endpoints with custom solutions such as OCR for customers using AWS ECR and GCP Cloud Run
•Growth and enterprise pre-sales closes:
•- Lifetime average quarterly deal size of 37K for closes I'm tagged in
