Managed several agile teams of remote developers and QAs that allowed business to market to users with various experiences and layouts

● PCM (Paid Content Marketing – sell side) – Worked closely with engineers, QA and product team to provide various experiences to supported ad networks (Bing, and Google) such that ads and RSOC (Related Search Of Content) block is shown in various places based on the experience used.

● Push Notification – Worked closely with engineers, QA and product team to develop a new application that allows for targeting content article notification to new and existing subscribers.

● Publisher Services – Worked closely with engineers, QA and product team to develop a new web based self- service application that allows for creating creatives based on the look and feel or theme of a publishers’ site

Led, mentored and managed a team of developers and QAs that brought to market a new System and Administration Console to manage the iHub cluster and volume administration. I also led a strategic shift to provide a self-service data provisioning as well as the modernizing of the look and feel of various product components across the Analytics BI business division of OpenText.

● Led BIRT OnDemand SaaS offering in AWS by providing various extension points based on customer subscription. Used AJAX, ExtJS and PostgreSQL to develop the administration UI

● Led a team of engineers to develop client side rendering components using javascript and AJAX. These components are then wrapped into public javascript APIs that can be consumed by end user.

● Led a team of developers to debug, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems in a large scale distributed system.

● Implemented. designed and architected a new Dashboard product from the ground up that allows end user to create a dashboard based on a column and free form layout.

● Implemented, designed and architected new javascript APIs and its equivalent UI interface such as Report Explorer and Parameter. This feature allows user to navigate through assets that are on the iHub volume repository and retrieve the report parameters for report execution. APIs allow application developers to develop complex application based on business requirements
