### Senior Product Designer @ EverBright
Jan 2023 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area
Multimodal AI Review Platform:
• Designed intelligent review workflows integrating computer vision (image recognition), graph and time series ML, and NLP (document processing) to augment human decision-making in operations and quality assurance.

Virtual Power Plant Initiative:
• Led design of MyEverbright’s Virtual Power Plant (VPP) feature, architecting an integrated user experience that visualizes real-time and historical participation information from data APIs. Mobile app and responsive web.

### Product Designer @ Levi Strauss & Co.
Jan 2019 – Jan 2023
Headed multiple global projects for Levi’s:
Levi’s Associate Order Fulfilment Software:
•	Designed internal tool for Levi’s store associates in ATLAS regions (India, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan) to fulfill customer orders. Worked end to end from organizing the information architecture to creating the high-fidelity screens for the experience. 

Levi’s App: Discover Feed Redesign
•	Redesigned the entire Discover feed of Levi’s mobile app. Changed the navigation to vertical scroll and created new modules that enhance both content and commerce experiences. Validated through user testing and live.

### Product Designer @ PatientPal, Inc.
Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | Brookline, MA
Led the redesign for PatientPal's software console that automates and digitizes the front desk healthcare system. Conducted UX research with PatientPal client, Longwood MRI to empathize with their needs and transition them into full use of PatientPal by redesigning UI elements of the console.

Board member of the Harvard Advocate, the oldest continuously published collegiate literary magazine in the country. Reviews and publishes art for the seasonal issues.

Served on committee democratically selected by FOP leading community to run the oldest and largest pre-orientation program on campus. In charge of choosing and training new FOP leaders and planning logistics for the program in the fall.
