### Senior Software Engineer @ Shop-Ware
Jan 2020 – Present | Remote
Shop-Ware is an auto shop management software company (SaaS). Some of my achievements are:
- Lead the tech-app project where we are building an ios and android app to help technicians fix cars faster.
- Deliver a chat system where customers and shop staff can interact with each other.
- Create the first React project: A customer side page where customers can view the status of their Repair Order.
- Collaborate in the on-boarding process of new engineers, guiding them through the development process, providing valuable feedback on their PRs, and pairing up to clear doubts
- Build up the use of React in parts of the application that were previously only using backbone
- Create a CI pipeline to build and deploy apps to apple test flight and google playstore
- Spend time doing deep engineering reviews to provide the team with valuable information on how to approach incoming work, provide better estimates to the product team, and helping the design team come up with designs that are feasible.

### Front End Engineer @ Tacit Knowledge

Tacit Knowledge provides e-commerce solutions. Some of my achievements were:
- Pioneer the use of Spartacus, a fully detached storefront made by SAP commerce.
- Create checkout flows and implement payment methods: Worldpay, PayPal and affirm.
- Implement the designs provided by the end client in a pixel perfect way
- Collaborate in a multi-cultural project. We had members in Singapore, Guadalajara and UK.
- Create a configurable order tracking page. Included a back office where users can create and edit templates that can later be pusblished and seen on a web app by their customers.

### Front End Web Developer @ San Services S. de R.L.

San Services does IT solutions for world reknown caribbean luxury resorts Sandals and Beaches
- Collaborate to build and pioneer the use of a in-house web framework based in Java
- Become the SME of the templating engine used with the in-house web framework. 
- Build up a playground app that helped peers learn and try out the templating engine
- Develop the UI for a customer check-in app used the resorts
- Work under time pressure to release promotional web content for the main sties, slicing up PSDs in Photoshop and converting them to web pages
