Developed user interfaces for consent orchestration, data subject rights request automation, and data risk analysis applications. Implemented a design system full of reusable React components using Vite, Material UI, and Storybook. Added a configuration UI to data discovery and classification product that was previously only configurable via shell commands, producing a reference implementation of modern React and React-router practices to be followed by other projects across the company.
Client: US Restaurant Chain - Delivered new front-page website, a Next.js/React application focused on fast performance and increased conversions. Evolved an empty codebase into production-scale software, taking on developer and technical lead roles across multiple teams over the course of the build-out. Built CI/CD pipelines using GoCD and added monitoring capabilities with New Relic. Delivered value quicker by embedding new capabilities into legacy angular application.
Client: Climate Change Activism Group - Built a data management and visualization tool to track growth of the movement using Javascript and Ruby on Rails to deliver polished software in just five weeks.
Client: "Big 3" Management Consultancy - Developed an annual review tool scaling an MVP into a widely-loved internal product. Worked with a large international team to deliver an offline-capable progressive web app using React and Java Spring. Mentored team on front-end development and React/Redux best practices. Broke down monolithic backend into a manageable set of services.
Client: International Bank - Developed in a large microservices codebase with many legacy touchpoints, developing consumer loan product using React and Java Spring. Led adoption of reactive programming using Project Reactor and WebFlux. Increased agility by creating smaller deployable units, reducing overhead required to deploy, and improving build pipeline speeds.
