• Lead the full development lifecycle of multiple motorsports specific products simultaneously from initial concept in CAD, to prototyping with 3D scanning and printing technology, to the final mass production and packaging design.
• Develop detailed SolidWorks models, assemblies, and configurations optimized for manufacturing and scalability with fully annotated 2D drawings consisting of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and clear manufacturing specifications to eliminate ambiguity.
• Take charge as the primary technical point of contact for overseas manufactures to not only ensure drawings and specifications are correctly interpreted but also aid in resolving manufacturing issues including fit, finish, tolerance, and cosmetic defects.
