TL for SRE team attached to central metadata service underlying all products at Dropbox. Responsibilities ranged from software performance analysis, capacity and disaster planning, monitoring and tracing at scale, as well as team leadership and mentoring.

As the Tech Lead of Gmail Delivery SRE, was responsible for performance, reliability, and cost of all message delivery to and from Gmail, spam classification, virus checks, and email intelligence features. Performed long-term capacity planning for this very large, globally distributed service. Launched major public features such as Inbox by Google, Smart Reply, and many other smaller projects.

As a member of Google Wide Profiling team, I was responsible for measuring and improving C++ application performance across all of Google.
