I worked with my coworkers and several rounds of customer-feedback to ensure an effective UX, and where appropriate I integrated with SEO tools and customer tracking tools to enable effective advertisement and search discovery. After three years, I was in a position where I had accomplished JMKRIDE's technical requirements, and had offloaded my day-to-day responsibilities at JMKRIDE. At this point, I spend less than 5 hours a week on JMKRIDE-related work, and I am fully available to handle another employment opportunity. ### Senior Software Engineer @ GoSchoolBox Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 • Lead a team of six engineers in a fast‑moving agile development environment, including daily scrums and capacity planning meetings • Personally implemented full stack RFC‑compliant 2‑factor authentication functionality over the course of a single sprint (10 days) • Planned and executed multi‑sprint re‑architecture of allowing for a school‑district‑administrator role in addition to the tutor/tutee binary. ### Production Engineer @ Facebook Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | Menlo Park, CA • Maintained the performance and reliability of hundreds of thousands of servers running several cache services including TAO, Facebook’s social graph cache, backed by the world’s largest MySQL deployment • Developed and deployed a new internal tool to regularly load‑test cache service to detect performance regressions • Developed and deployed an internal tool to simulate disaster‑events such as network cuts or power loss events to verify service reliability during unplanned unavailability events ### Production Engineering Intern @ Facebook Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Menlo Park, CA Designed and developed a modular system for testing Linux system modifications for the Facebook production environment. ### Student System Administrator @ Harvey Mudd College Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 Along with four other students, I managed over a dozen servers belonging to the Computer Science Department at Harvey Mudd College. Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 | Carlsbad, CA Created a highly scalable cloud-based testing infrastructure that allows developers to easily create and deploy tests in the form of docker containers without prior experience with docker or cloud infrastructure.
