•Developed key features that increased new user ordering by 5% and helped facilitate a multi-million dollar company acquisition by gathering requirements, breaking down large piece of work, and responding to feedback from designers and stakeholders in a timely manner.
•Helped generate $10k/day by integrating Google AdManager into our products to automate the ad creation process and working closely with our marketing team to design and implement ad slots around the site
•Improved site speed average by 200ms by improving DB queries and eliminating unnecessary eager loading. Also defined performance baselines and identified problematic areas of the site for future work. Upgraded React on our products from 0.13.0 to 0.14.2 and 15.3.3 to 16.4.2
•Caught 3 after-work outages within 3 months of spearheading the development of an off-hours system monitoring policy
