Currently leading a 25-person team of product designers, content designers, and 4 managers distributed across US, Europe, and India.

Led a team of talented senior product designers in the Bay Area, Seattle, and NYC exploring strategic bets and 0-to-1 opportunities within Facebook Groups. Our teams helped young adults connect with other community members with similar interests, including pop culture and music fan communities, and fitness community challenges that leverage social motivation and accountability to achieve health goals.

Led product design for Ads Measurement for our Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, Commerce). Supported 3 product design managers and senior designers (design team of 15) in delivering a suite of ad measurement tools, including A/B testing, campaign insights, cross-platform attribution, and app commerce insights.

Principal design lead who helped change all of our ads platforms products across creation, delivery, management, and measurement workflows in response to industry privacy changes.

As a senior product designer I helped lead a cross-functional team (including two other product designers) in visioning and building a cross-publisher ad measurement platform (attribution). We built and iterated several product launches through alpha, beta, and MVP releases, establishing industry standards for ad performance measurement.

Led Bing's Interaction Framework team of 7 designers, responsible for designing end-to-end customer experiences and shared patterns and components for bing.com on mobile, tablet and web products.
