• Led the end-to-end design and launch of Pottery Barn Teen’s responsive bedding visualizer, increasing average order value (AOV) by 15% by aligning user needs with key business KPIs and allowing for expansion to other WSI brands.
• Drove the visual and interaction redesign of the Design Crew Room Planner, evolving the platform to support 3D visualization and AI‑assisted design workflows.
