• Led the engineering side of the first iteration of the Compensation Cycles product. Partnered closely with product managers, designers, and tech leads to define scope and timelines across two teams. Owned project sequencing and supported engineers in planning and managing projects.

• Advocated for engineers with underrepresented genders. Helped organize and facilitate Lattice's first internal conference for this group, as well as the formation of the forEach ERG.

• Led the anonymous survey comment replies project. Owned technical planning, ticket writing, project sequencing, and test planning. Partnered closely with product and design to finalize edge cases.
• Founded the A11y Guild, a group of engineers that are passionate about accessibility and building inclusive products. Owned biweekly meeting where the team discussed articles and completed an online web accessibility course, wrote best practices documentation, determined the group's roadmap, and facilitated multiple bug bashes.
• Improved and introduced processes on my team, including test plan documentation, recurring pairing/coworking sessions, and costing (tickets and projects).
2019 — 2020
• As the team lead on Growth, scoped engineering work, developed timelines, wrote Jira tickets, ran scrum ceremonies, built supportive team culture, and collaborated closely with product, design, and external stakeholders. The team of four engineers completed 11 experiments and contributed to 2 tracks of longer-term work in a quarter.
