Part of a small team of seasoned home professionals brought in to launch a new line of home products for Banana Republic (a division of Gap, Inc.). Responsible for assortment architecture, product sourcing, design and development for textiles, rugs and upholstery. Defined standards and methods specific to home product and successfully integrated them with the established processes of a large multi-national apparel company.

Oversaw strategic home re-design, renovation and landscaping to maximize aesthetic appeal and return on investment for property listings at a high-end real estate firm. Contributed to record-setting sale prices in the region and $50+ million dollars in sales annually.

Developed the entire range of RH textile products: upholstery, rugs, drapery, bedding, bath, pillows and throws. Managed all aspects of development from concept to product specification, sampling, color development, production, photography and story telling. Maintained a consistent cycle of product innovation and excellence over multiple seasons in collaboration with dozens of international vendors.

Responsible for Online Meeting Planning component of GetThere, an industry-leading corporate travel booking software platform and division of the Sabre Corporation. Coordinated engineering, web design, operations, implementation services and marketing communications in a high-intensity environment across teams in Menlo Park, San Francisco, Fort Worth and Las Vegas.
