Lead a dozen people team within Experimentation enabling Search to launch the next generation of features

Engineering lead for Space and Member, a 30+ people org consisting of product, design, data science, and engineering. We focus on internal and external admin tooling and are responsible for 2 web products, 20+ microservices and one company wide initiative. Reporting to me are 3 EMs, 1 Staff Engineer, 24 skip-level SWEs, and one contracting team.

* Established an engineering strategy focused on enhancing system stability and developer experience

* Partnered with product, design, and TLs to define roadmap for franchising buildings and consolidating admin interfaces. Introduced micro-frontend architecture

* Leader of org-wide initiatives including summer internship program, mainstreaming hiring practices, establishing curriculums to up-level new EMs, and on-call production support models and playbooks

* Hired 6 engineers and 2 EMs through creating JDs, calibrating interview panelists, and training EMs to become hiring managers

Managed two teams through 1 EM, 14 SWEs including skip-levels to scale and consolidate one product while deprecating others. Focused on empowering Community Managers of WeWork.

* Created engineering excellence vision. Initiatives include optimizing client-side performance, deprecating unused API endpoints, improving CI/CD pipeline, refining error logging and incident thresholds, and monitoring for critical user journeys.

* Managed and coached engineers across backend, iOS, Android, and Web to launch mobile app internally and then externally to market

* Collaborator in product strategy to acquire new and retain members via in-app experience

** Until May 2020 and through WeWork's many reorgs, I've managed upwards of 20 engineers. After the many churns and changes that took place, I've had 0 attrition. Through this, I had the opportunity to manage multiple teams and rising engineering managers.

Delivered MVP for Collins Aerospace enhancing aircraft maintenance prediction capabilities through managing and collaborating with engineering teams

* Collaborated with distributed teams and product to investigate data sources and devise API abstracting real-time flight data. Collaborated with designers to ensure feasibility. Led team to deploy application before hand-off

* Led 3rd place winning hackathon team. Showcased prototype enabling teammates to receive constructive feedback effectively

* Site Lead for Girls Who Code Summer Immersion program orchestrating coordination of program site, partnership with teachers, and 10-week mentorship by associates
