Reporting to me are 3 EMs, 1 Staff Engineer, 24 skip-level SWEs, and one contracting team. * Established an engineering strategy focused on enhancing system stability and developer experience * Partnered with product, design, and TLs to define roadmap for franchising buildings and consolidating admin interfaces.
