At Experian, I design and optimize consumer financial products for responsive websites and native mobile apps. I collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, user researchers, product managers, engineers, content writers, data analysts, and external partners—to develop features such as debt management, account connection, account details, spending breakdown, and more.

At Whova, I led the design of over 20 product initiatives from early concept to launch. I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to deliver key features such as a redesigned name badge tool, revamped leaderboard gamification, an AI content writing assistant, and the company’s largest feature release—a one-on-one meeting scheduler. Alongside my design work, I mentored junior designers and helped improve team processes. I also identified the need for a design system, led its creation, and drove its adoption across design and engineering teams. My contributions were recognized with two Employee of the Month awards.

At Seamgen, I led UX and product design for clients including CVS Health, the San Diego Zoo, and Kia. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered digital products across web and mobile platforms. For CVS Health, I contributed to the design system by creating scalable UI components and Lottie animations that supported brand consistency and improved engagement. I led the full design process for a call center management tool, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity design and developer-ready specs. I also directed design for Melonseed’s platform, including the marketing site, admin dashboard, and mobile app. My work focused on aligning user needs with business goals while ensuring a cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
