My team worked with Ford to help envision what an autonomous mobile shopping experience looks like for all types of shoppers.
• Conducted and synthesized user research to create user personas and storyboards, identify motivations and pain points, and ideate on concepts regarding mobile shopping habits
• Mapped and tested user flow of 3 service models: returns, product testing, and impulse purchases
• Presented to Ford's team of designers and engineers working on autonomous vehicle products
