From concept to production, our team built Loom - a custom and innovative cloud based computer aided design software that will assist computation biologist in designing combinatorial libraries of DNA. Additionally we built Orderly - a microservice automating the process of ordering DNA sequences as well as automating the receiving of DNA sequences into our lab space from various vendors. Technologies include Postgres, MySQL, Python / Django / Flask, Javascript / React, testing frameworks such as Cypress, and AWS Lambda / SQS for scaling.

To aid in the fight against COVID-19, our team has rapidly built custom in house Sample Tracking Software to help our biologist and operators screen customer samples for Coronavirus. Worked with CEO and Graphic Designer to create a React Native mobile application compatible with iOS and Andriod. The mobile application was an e-commerce application for a desktop 3D printer.
