Reporting to the CTO, leads the ACLU Technology department to build solutions, systems, and technical programs that increase legal and advocacy effectiveness, drive growth and fundraising at scale, make data actionable and secure for ACLU National and ACLU Affiliates, and increase civic literacy for 4M+ ACLU supporters.

As Head of Product at the ACLU, I lead our product management, design, and technical program management functions on the Tech Team.

I work closely with the CTO to strengthen our position as a strategic partner within the org, building strategic narratives, and establishing expertise and trust through listening tours and discovery workshops outside of the technology team.

Managed product managers across multiple product teams, supporting stakeholder management, strategic scope & sequence of product enhancements and new launches, and greenlighting new product discovery and establishing new product lines (ex: Affiliate tech support).

Introduced roadmapping and goal-setting across product teams and project leads in the department resulting in improved team focus, confidence, and stakeholder relationships.

Grew the Experimentation & Insights program to support a stronger data-informed approach to product bets and investments.
