Led design for Phi, the company’s internal React-based design system, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and usability for designers and engineers.

Acted as manager for initiative to redesign all product icons. Developed process to request new icons, provided feedback to UI designers on proposed icons, facilitated communication between engineers and designers, and created the workflow for turning icons into flexible Figma components.
