Hi, hey, hello. I have 10 years of work building user experiences in software product solutions through experimentation and user-centric design. 

My work has been primarily in B2B SaaS startups where I partner with cross-functional partners to identify user needs and business opportunities, solve user problems around complex data workflows, conceptualize future roadmap features, and drive design projects from start to finish.

Designed modern collaborative recruiting software features for teams to source, interview, and hire top talent. Drove end-to-end product development processes from problem definition and running user research & testing sessions with wireframes and prototypes, through hi-fidelity mockups for production and release. Lead designer on several main platform roadmap projects released to all customers including our Easy Book scheduling links, GDPR compliance suite, Agency Portal, Internal Mobility, and Confidential hiring. Built new brand guidelines and actively contributed to the official design system of UI components and interaction patterns for the R&D team.

Worked with product and engineering team to concept map and define design goals to improve user experience with current product for redesigns and future roadmap. Generated collateral for webinars, info sheets, newsletters, and other customer facing content for marketing needs.

Design projects included whole redesigns and new feature additions to the Chrome browser extension, internal web application, and the external marketing site.
