Marbula One
Following a successful launch on the Racino Platform, I was brought back to lead a major overhaul of the core workflows and loops. I moved quickly to translate high-level conceptual vibes into a fully functional Figma prototype, validating new core loops directly against the existing system.
When the strategy pivoted toward a brand-new platform, I led the transition to use that as the new foundations for the entire ecosystem.
* Rapid Rebuild: Within 4 months, I audited and re-purposed core components, restyling them to the new theme and upgrading interaction models as I went.
* Seamless Handoff: I delivered 100% dev-ready designs, ensuring the final build matched the vision perfectly with no alignment issues during implementation.
* Lean Execution: I used everything we learned from the previous platform to funnel direct UI decisions, cutting out the fluff to speed up the process and run a leaner operation.
Racino
I originally joined as a consultant to solve specific architectural challenges and improve the Heads-Up Display (HUD) interactions across mobile and web. My role quickly expanded to lead the project's design direction and system architecture from the ground up.
* End-to-End Execution: I mapped out the entire user journey and experience from scratch, ensuring the HUD and gameplay felt responsive across every device.
* Building the Toolkit: I personally built the new design systems, creating a library of reusable parts that allowed the engineering team to build at pace.
* Full Lifecycle: I remained hands-on through every stage, from early Beta testing through to the full public release, ensuring every interaction hit the mark.

I was approached to join a high-priority "blue-sky" mobile project to architect a cross-platform design system. My primary focus was building a scalable foundation to accelerate development, with a later shift into core feature development.
The Challenge: Joining six months into an active build, I had to navigate significant legacy debt and organizational red tape. This required close collaboration with the core Coles Design System team to ensure our specialized mobile tokens and components aligned with enterprise standards and A11y accessibility structures.
The Strategy: I conducted a deep-dive audit with stakeholders and the engineering team to align our development velocity and technical structures with the product vision.
The Outcome: Despite the project being paused due to legacy development challenges, I successfully delivered production-ready Android and iOS design systems. These were fully synced with the dev team and immediately utilized to significantly increase development speed and UI consistency.
Skills: Product Design, Design Systems (Tokens & Components), iOS & Android, Accessibility (A11y).

I was engaged to research and overhaul Appen's fragmented gig-economy frameworks, designing a new greenfield application to consolidate multiple legacy systems into a unified platform.
The Challenge: Transforming a complex AI data collection tool burdened by deep technical debt and fragmented business logic. The existing interface caused high user drop-off, and the project required aligning disconnected internal departments and external partners.
The Strategy: I performed a full architectural audit and established a user testing pipeline to validate new flows. I acted as the central bridge between offshore development teams and external design agencies, unifying them toward a single product vision. I led the effort to consolidate departmental requirements, collecting cross-functional validation to ensure the solution was both technically feasible and stakeholder-aligned.
The Outcome: We successfully designed and launched a unified ecosystem in 6 months, replacing a 5-year-old legacy system. The new greenfield app significantly increased engagement and accessibility for millions of global contributors while creating a streamlined, high-velocity handoff process for the offshore teams.

ZED Run is a high-utility digital racing ecosystem where data-driven strategy meets a global wagering economy. I was tasked with transitioning the platform from a high-barrier niche into a mainstream sporting entertainment brand by dismantling technical friction and introducing a radical new layer of user transparency.
The Challenge: The platform suffered from high onboarding friction and a lack of data clarity. I had to reduce cognitive load for users navigating complex transactions while solving for system fragmentation across mobile and desktop environments.
The Strategy: I implemented a modular refactor of the core interface, prioritizing a new data hierarchy for real-time decision-making. I stress-tested user flows to identify where technical lag broke the wagering experience, then architected a 17-point micro-interaction suite to streamline the entry funnel.
The Outcome: The introduction of a "Race Tracker" widget and a consolidated data view provided users with unprecedented transparency. This overhaul led to a measurable increase in entries and total platform engagement, successfully scaling the product for a high-stakes, 24/7 global audience.
