Senior software developer with experience spanning a range of platforms, languages, and problem domains. Passionate, resourceful, and intuitive. During my 15-year career I have tackled problems across the development stack in both Windows and Linux. I possess a strong background in process automation, ETL, database schema design, e-commerce and related areas including privacy, security, and data encryption. My preferred language is Python, though I’m equally competent in JavaScript, C#, or PHP, and always eager to learn something new.

Being a full-stack developer, I’m comfortable working on everything from the linux command line configuring a new server or tuning database setting, all the way up through browser dev tools troubleshooting UI/UX issues. Having worked in mostly small teams or independently, I can take on a problem with minimal guidance and find the resources / documentation necessary to get the job done. In my current position, I’m often called upon to mentor my less experienced workmates or jump in on a project where they may have hit a wall. At the end of the day, I’m passionate about what I do, love helping others, and always welcome a new and interesting challenge.
