While the majority of my tasks were software related, this role taught me to be a well-rounded engineer of all types. ### Software Engineer Intern/Co-op @ IBM Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Tucson, Arizona Area Tech support engineer intern for IBM mainframes (z/OS, DFSMS). Developed and maintained software tools (REXX) that assisted in the debugging process for mainframe software problems brought in from around the globe -- virtually every major bank, federal agency, and large corporation. My team was responsible for handling tech support engineering for hangs, bugs, dumps, and all otherwise from z/OS system live problem reports ranging from critical - Losing millions per hour - to moderate.
