I lead applied research and product development at the intersection of systems thinking, human behavior, and symbolic pattern analysis.

My current focus is building an astrological chart calculator and onboarding experience that translates complex symbolic frameworks into clear, usable interfaces—designed for insight, timing, and decision-making rather than belief or abstraction.

Co-founded a boutique branding and graphic design studio serving small businesses, with a focus on health and wellness–oriented products.

We partner with founders to turn vision and values into clear, durable brand systems—particularly within the health and wellness space.

The company is incorporated and maintained in Hong Kong. Operations have been conducted on a limited basis, with the business preserved for potential future expansion and on-the-ground growth in the region.

• Designed an Energy AI dashboard, enabling CrossnoKaye to achieve and effectively communicate energy savings for controlled sites.

• Developed an installer application, reducing installation time from five days to two and contributing to CrossnoKaye securing a 100-site deal.

• Designed a process view, helping close a deal with a major food processing company and expanding CrossnoKaye’s reach into the food processing industry.

• Redesigned the entire navigation, receiving highly positive feedback from SMEs and end users.

• Built a ShadCN-based Figma design system with Storybook integration, accelerating the Vue-to-React conversion of ATLAS and establishing a scalable design framework for future designers.

• Designed new pages / features for ATLAS: Trends, Energy AI, Equipment Details, and more.

• Created graphics for 30+ ammonia refrigeration equipment components, enhancing system visualization.

• Introduced user testing with Lookback.io and Google Meet, establishing a structured feedback process for continuous product improvement.

• Designed new features for cloud-based app that converts PDFs them into fillable, mobile friendly cloud docs to be esigned.

• Conducted remote user research / design reviews with county clerk offices across the U.S.

• Provided designs for multiple new and legacy government-related web applications.

• Designed, from the ground up, a cloud-based public records search application for municipalities, first in Texas, and eventually in multiple states across the country.

• Conducted onsite user research and usability testing in multiple County Clerk offices in a dozen counties across Texas.

• Conducted remote usability testing on Usertesting.com

• Provided designs for multiple new and legacy government-related web applications.
