Experience
2021 — 2026
As a Senior UX Designer at Zeta Global, I operate at a Staff-level scope, leading design across complex, enterprise SaaS products that power large-scale marketing operations. Working across Cheetah Digital and Journeys, I drive end-to-end product design while shaping the systems, patterns, and strategy that enable teams to deliver cohesive, scalable user experiences.
I led product design for Cheetah Express, an AI-driven, lightweight messaging platform built to run alongside Cheetah Digital. As a key driver of the product’s vision, I helped take it from early concept to launch—defining how AI could meaningfully reduce friction in campaign creation, audience targeting, and execution. The result is a significantly faster, more intuitive workflow that rethinks how marketing teams move from idea to live campaign.
At the systems level, I partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap direction, align cross-functional teams, and establish scalable design frameworks across the Marigold ecosystem. I currently lead design across multiple core products, ensuring consistency, accelerating development through reusable patterns, and elevating design as a strategic lever in product decision-making.
My work focuses on driving clarity across complexity—combining systems thinking, user insight, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact product experiences at scale.
