Airbnb (2021-22)
ML-powered agent experience for the launch of aircover+ batphone proactive rebooking, internal tools dls, 3-way calling for translators and urgent support line for tokyo olympics 2021. increased rebooking rate: 31% to 59% with nps: 22 to 42. resulted in full time offer (which was re-resourced to a program manager role).

Shaped brand, marketing pages, and initial design system for MVP, working directly with CEO

first design hire (2016), second to join, hired by the CEO. IPO in 2021 (NYSE: IOT). sole designer supporting multiple teams totaling ~10 ICs, playing a lead role in building the Fleet Telematics and Routing suite that played a critical part in leading to the eventual IPO. helped build team of 6, establishing team rituals, design interview process, essential design system patterns, set up Mixpanel, field research in Portland for school district, monitored daily feedback, developed strong personal relationships with customers, designed t-shirts for hackathons, and many more :)

initial MVPs for driver / dispatcher flows validated, this evolved into a Documents -> Workflow team where I led design for drivers to upload custom documents like Bill of Lading, fuel receipts, etc while continuing to support and evolve initial dispatch & routing flows. routing suite turned into a Workflow builder that I validated the need of through vision mocks

also led design for Core Fleet as we moved upmarket. i build infra to support multi-levels of organizational hierarchies for large conglomerates like Duke Energy. i also self-initiated work for building custom roles and permissions during our Enterprise push
