Design lead for the Victoria's Secret Market Initiative program, responsible for store repositioning and remodeling/refreshing stores in high-profile centers in 5 US markets far (Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Miami). Design lead for VSX (Victoria's Secret Sport) rebranding project at our lab store; Created concept design which related the VSX brand back to Victoria's Secret, but giving it a fresh, feminine, sporty, and clean look. Created 2-page construction document packet for installation of wall standards and glass shelving in 26 stores. Managed work intake from client and maintained excellent client relationship. Drafted design development and construction document sets and worked closely with client to ensure accuracy of scope for several projects. Created Victoria’s Secret PINK permit status tracking spreadsheet to manage permit process. Drafted elements of production drawings in the retail studio using CAD software and based on prototype files or verbal/written input from Project Lead or client.
