Designing new experiences and transforming existing bank platforms as part of Bank of America’s Wealth, Rewards and New Product Experience teams. Leveraging research, user feedback and the bank’s ever-changing design system to inform the design of new finance products and the redesign of existing products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless and rewarding banking experiences for our customers.
Designed websites and mobile apps to support Zumba’s worldwide instructor network. Upheld best-practiced web standards across all sites and apps. Conducted user interviews, satisfaction surveys, and user testing to better inform new product features and design decisions. Collaborated with other designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to balance an excellent customer experience with Zumba’s business needs.
Developed web patterns and brand guidelines for PenFed's online presence, including product pages, applications, and member portal. Helped PenFed's user experience team research, implement and uphold best-practice web standards across all desktop and mobile web properties. Worked with external contractors and vendors to launch PenFed's new website and create a best- of-industry web experience.
Creating compelling visuals and optimizing web interfaces and experiences for Royal Caribbean’s desktop and mobile properties as part of the Interactive Design & Development team. Designing Royal iQ, Royal Caribbean's onboard cruise planning solution. Incorporating new brand campaigns and optimizing new promotional pages. Evaluating and enhancing the cruise search experience across Royal's desktop and mobile sites.
Created architecture documentation for the agency’s internal sites as well as all client site
productions, overhauls and facelifts. Researched and defined client user bases and create custom navigation models, wireframes and interactive prototypes based on each client’s unique needs. Worked closely with Tropic Survival’s graphics and publishing departments to weave interaction design into all levels of the creative process. Served as front end developer and webmaster for all client web properties as well as Tropic Survival’s main website and internal client review pages.
