• Led design across Gusto's Benefits product for small-to-medium businesses (including Health, FSA, 401k, perks, etc.); designed and built this core product from the ground up (launched in 2014) and managed a team of 2 other designers.

• Responsible for scaling the Design team: Growing the team from 2 to 18+ designers

• End-to-end design: Conceptualize, design, test and build (HTML, CSS, React) product experiences that help employers and employees of small-to-medium businesses and make customers smile along the way.

• Working closely with Product and Engineering in a fast-pasted startup environment to design and build core products and application features, including launching our Worker's Compensation product.

• Responsible for defining the visual language and brand of the company (formerly ZenPayroll) and completely rearchitected, redesigned and rebuilt the marketing website from scratch.

• Worked closely with Marketing teams to design and build landing pages and email campaigns.

• Understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequently.

Projects include full website design and development from inception to launch, maintenance and development of wordpress sites on existing themes, logo design, branding, graphic design and more.

• Designed UI for new features and redesigned existing features of the cloud software product while thinking about information architecture and how to visually display large quantities of data in an easily digestible manner. Also created graphics such as icons and evolved the color palette.

• Redesigned the website, blog, signup pages, landing pages and other internet properties. Using existing wordpress theme, I created all site graphics and helped restructure the site architecture and page layouts to better fit content. Did small amounts of front-end development to customize the wordpress theme to fit our needs.

Using cloud software/ad development platform Flite, designed and maintained various ad types for Monster's clients. Ad types included pushdown units, interactive content hubs/microsites, sign-in units, job feed and video units, countdown units, and more.

• Responsible for creation and maintenance of online visual design, including typography, visual concept, layout, logo and icon design for all UBM Tech internet and interactive platforms.
