•Lead the design of the first eero app and parental controls feature
•Increased the success rate and lowered support contacts by leading the redesign of eero Setup experience for eero Gen 2 products
•Facilitated workshops to identify user needs and areas of opportunity
•Created prototypes, from low paper fidelity to Principle prototypes
•Worked along side the visual designer and contractors to create the gen 2 illustrations and animations
•Influenced design team workflow by setting up design tools, filing systems, and on boarding documents for new designers
•Assisted in building up the design team to a 5 person team; 4 individual contributors and Head of Product Design
