•Owning UX/UI vision and designs direction for new Azure Communication Services features in Azure portal, including
Short Codes & Sample Builder, improving developer adoption and usability.
•Hacked a redesign of the telephone number purchasing experience during FHL 2022, securing executive approval to
initiate a full-scale redesign. Facilitated cross-functional alignment to drive the required API evolution to support UX
improvements and streamline purchasing across global markets.
•Validating design hypotheses using the hypothesis testing framework, incorporating usability testing, A/B testing, and
heuristic evaluations. Refining designs based on user research insights to enhance usability and product effectiveness.
•Leading team ideation sessions to inspire creativity and facilitating cross-functional design sprints with PMs, engineers to
drive data and user-centred product decisions and synthesize complex solutions.
•Contributing to team design systems through wireframes, prototyping and high fidelity mockups.
