Primary developer supporting the Bug Report Form on Monday.com, tracking high-urgency issues, reported by staff and prioritizing with product and engineering, managing and fixing, on average, 25 bugs per month. Redesigned a monthly report sent to all 70 company partners, by collaborating with a product manager to determine new requirements, implementing code changes, sending out test emails, and modifying integration tests – leading to an increase in partner satisfaction. Developed tech specs and created a new API endpoint that would enhance internal users' ability to modify partner data – increasing efficiency in their workflows. Regularly collaborated with a product manager & senior software engineer to groom the backlog, prioritize issues, confirm issue status, and evaluate the technical needs plus requirements related to proposed solutions. Developed code fixes and enhancements to existing Python codebase (Django, Django Rest Framework).
