I helped introduce a new subscription plan and incentives bundle to retail merchants who were replatforming from other POS systems, which led to never-before-seen levels of activation. ### Staff Product Designer @ Faire Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | Brooklyn, New York, United States Lead designer for the suite of CRM tools for brands selling on Faire, including customer management and email campaign tools.
